This is a new healing modality, that has been gifted to me.  Whilst out on an evening walk, I stared up at Sirius, I was flooded with information, using the stars, to assist in healing and meditations.  And then a second time another download of information while I was silencing my thoughts, waiting for my reflexology appointment.  The Meditations I am more than happy to gift them to whomever would like to try.  And the actual healings whether to be learnt or to be administered I am still allowing more information to be downloaded to myself to complete this study of it.
